love's Spring clean

This is our Spring Clean. This is something we offer only 1 time a year usually March, April and May. This cleaning includes the same items as the Deep Clean with many other items normally charged separately included.

Love's Deep Clean

This is our first initial clean. This clean can be a one time clean or the beginning clean to our regular weekly, bi-weekly or monthly services. You will be left with a thoroughly clean home loved from top to bottom!

Kitchen:

  • Countertop/Sink cleaned

  • Microwave exterior/interior cleaned

  • Table/Chairs dusted

  • Interior Oven ($30 additional charge)

  • Interior Refrigerator ($40 additional)

This will be your reoccurring cleaning to keep up after your deep clean. This will be weekly, bi-weekly or monthly.

  • Baseboards dusted (Void when no Deep Clean was paid for)

  • Blinds dusted

  • Cobwebs removed

  • Floors (Vacuumed and/or Mopped)

  • Furniture dusted

  • Lamps dusted

  • Light fixtures/Ceiling fans dusted

  • Pictures/Mirrors cleaned

  • Stairs (Vacuumed and/or Dusted)

  • Trash emptied

  • Windowsills dusted

Bedroom

Kitchen:

  • Appliance Exteriors Cleaned

  • Microwave Exterior/Interior Cleaned

  • Countertop/Sink Cleaned

  • Countertop/sink cleaned

  • Fixtures cleaned/shined

Please be advised if you opted out of the first initial Deep Clean we will only clean the home as a light regular maintenance and many shower soap scum, Baseboards, Windowsills, and glass may not be kept up on as your clean continues.

  • Remove and dispose of all trash

  • Remove and dispose of any protective plastic film*

  • Remove all packaging, plastic, labels, tape, straps, etc. and throw away*

  • Wipe clean furnace, water heater, and other utilities (If located)
